Halfway Pharmacy – Phase 1 Complete 🏥⚡

Phase 1 of the Halfway Pharmacy expansion and refurbishment project has now been successfully completed by Peak Evolution Ltd.

To allow the pharmacy to remain fully operational throughout the works, we created a temporary pharmacy facility within the adjacent unit recently acquired by the client. This enabled the pharmacy team to relocate seamlessly while refurbishment and extension works commence within the existing premises.

Our works included the full fit-out of the temporary pharmacy, incorporating electrical installations, lighting, small power, data infrastructure, HVAC supplies and coordination of the pharmacy dispensing environment. The new temporary facility provides a modern, safe and compliant workspace, ensuring uninterrupted service for customers and staff during the next phase of the project.

With the relocation now complete, works can progress on the refurbishment and enlargement of the existing pharmacy, delivering a significantly improved retail and dispensing environment for the future.

CMP Legal – Office Refurbishment Complete

We’re pleased to have recently completed this office refurbishment for CMP Legal, delivered over a compact 2–3 week programme.

The project included new flooring throughout, full painting and decorating works, and electrical modifications to provide additional power supplies to suit the revised office layout. The result is a bright, modern and functional workspace, finished to a high standard and ready for immediate use.

A great example of how careful planning and efficient delivery can transform a commercial space with minimal disruption to the client’s operations.

Bradford Interchange Mess Room Upgrade Complete ✅

Peak Evolution Ltd are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Bradford Interchange Mess Room Upgrade on behalf of Arriva.

The project involved the refurbishment and modernisation of the existing staff welfare facilities, delivering a clean, modern and functional environment for depot personnel. Works included new flooring throughout, redecoration, upgraded LED lighting, welfare furniture, and a refreshed kitchenette area complete with new appliances and amenities.

The completed facility provides a significantly improved space for staff to take breaks, store personal belongings and access welfare facilities, creating a more comfortable and professional working environment.

A big thank you to all involved in the successful delivery of this project. We are proud to have contributed to enhancing the welfare facilities at Bradford interchange and look forward to supporting future improvement works across the network.

🏥 North Wingfield Medical Centre — Project Complete

We’re proud to share the completion of our latest project at North Wingfield Medical Centre.

Working closely with the practice throughout the project, Peak Evolution delivered a significant transformation of the existing facility, including:

🔹 110m² of additional floor space
🔹 Clinical rooms increased from 7 to 11
🔹 Full internal refurbishment
🔹 Increased administration space
🔹 New meeting and training facilities
🔹 A modern, welcoming environment for patients and staff

Delivered between September 2025 and May 2026, the project required careful coordination to minimise disruption to the practice while construction was underway.

One of the standout aspects of the project was the transformation of the internal environment, working with the client to move away from a traditional clinical feel and create a warmer, more welcoming space for patients and staff.

A huge amount of work has gone into bringing this project together, and we’re incredibly pleased with the finished result.

Most importantly, the completed facility will provide greater capacity and improved facilities for the North Wingfield community for years to come.

Small Friday project… what could possibly go wrong! 😅

Our engineers recently completed the replacement of a 630A Schneider Electric ComPacT MCCB at CBE+, helping to ensure the continued reliability and resilience of the site’s LV power distribution system.

With a tight programme and the usual Friday time pressures, the team delivered another quality installation in a demanding environment. From safe isolation and replacement through to setting verification and recommissioning, the work was completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

A great effort from everyone involved to get another job over the line.

Precision lifting in action at Central Rivers Rail Depot. 🚧💡

Our team recently hired a spider crane to safely and efficiently install new lamppost heads across the depot. Thanks to its compact footprint and impressive lifting capability, the spider crane allowed us to work in restricted access areas while maintaining high safety standards and minimising disruption to depot operations.

A great example of using the right equipment for the job to deliver a safe, efficient, and high-quality installation.

We’ve recently finished a 3-week project for Peak Pharmacy at their main warehouse, creating brand-new consultation rooms to support their online ni****ne replacement consultation service.

Our team carried out the full fit-out, including:

Small decoration project for one of our biggest customers, this is a small medical centre at Bradwell within the Peak District.

Another occupied building however this one easier than the 27/7 buildings we are used to, only open 9-12 Monday to Friday.

We continue this week replacing the existing fire alarm to a newer system.
