So little update on my adhd medication journey
It's been about 7/8 weeks
I started at 9 stone that's how bad my brake down got me 🤦‍♂️
But I am nearly 11 stone now
Might not look a big deal to many people but to me that is after the years I had 🤦‍♂️
In the best place my head has ever been in
Work is gone crazy 🙈
More focused whats in front of me not behind me
Been secretly training because after the summer I go into boot camp to train for a charity boxing match in December
The charity's i will be doing it for are adhd and autism
I wouldn't be able to do this if it wasn't for my meds
They made me be me again and I fu***ng love it
That voice that controlled me for years gone to sleep 😴
It's amazing what pushing yourself can do
Remember people today is a new day yesterday is the past keep smashing life 🙌
My aim to get back to 13 stone not going to stop till I am ❤️

People if you have ADHD and not on the meds and are really struggling get on them honesty
Been on mine for 3 days
They have changed my life
For over ten years my mind been controlling me making me stupid s**t and getting angry 😞
Getting obsessed with stuff and being something I wasn't
Put it this way that voice that was in my head and going 1000 miles per hour has gone to bed
Honestly don't be like I was don't need them don't need that 🤦 they make you feel like a normal person
Now I can rebuild my full life
Don't be ashamed to ask for help people don't understand how hard living with ADHD is till your in our lives
Hope this helps someone happy for you to share this because someone could be sat there thinking how I was much love 🫶
