Great to visit a recently completed project in Dronfield last week, providing two additional single bedrooms, a WC, and study area at first floor level, with increased kitchen and dining areas at ground floor level, as well as a utility room.
In addition, the existing garage at the rear of the property was converted into a gym.
What appears to be a relatively straightforward side extension is complicated by an external passageway for bikes and muddy boots etc. resulting in the gable wall cantilevering out at first floor level - no mean feat structurally!
