😔 A Little Update From Us
Unfortunately, we’ve made the decision to temporarily turn off reviews on our page 😩
Yesterday, we were targeted and received over 50 fake reviews from fake profiles from other countries followed by demands for money. Despite reporting them all, we’ve unfortunately not been able to get the issue resolved.
We’re genuinely sad that we’ve had to do this. We’ve spent years building our reputation through hard work, good service and, most importantly, genuine feedback from our customers.
We’re incredibly proud of the over 500 positive recommendations we’ve received over the years, and we’re hugely grateful to every customer who has taken the time to leave one. ❤️
Hopefully this is only temporary, and once the issue settles down we’ll be able to switch reviews back on again.
In the meantime, it’s very much business as usual at Sweeps Chimney Services — keeping chimneys clean, safe and ready for the colder months ahead.
