A Huge Thank You ❤️
With this extreme heat and prolonged dry spell, we wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to the customers who have stuck by us.
We know that in these conditions, gardening work can be one of the first things people decide to put on hold. But there are some customers who have continued to support us, kept us working, and helped us keep the team busy when it would have been very easy to turn us away. When work is turned away, it isn’t always easy to reschedule at a later date.
Those customers are the reason we’ll still be here next year. ❤️
Running a gardening business doesn’t stop just because the weather does. We still have vans, fuel, insurance, tools, equipment, premises and all the usual bills to pay. The work may slow down, but the costs certainly don’t.
Sadly, we suspect this difficult period will see a number of newer and smaller gardening businesses struggle to survive. We’ve been around long enough to know that you have to weather the quiet periods as well as enjoy the busy ones — but having loyal customers behind you makes an enormous difference.
So to everyone who has continued to book us, given us work, recommended us, or simply said “we’ll find something for you to do” — thank you.
You aren't just paying for a job. You're helping keep a local business, and the people behind it, going.
