🟠 We do love an Orange Crane at Chesterfield Crane Company Ltd 🟠

We’re proud to showcase this 5T, 24-metre span Double Girder Overhead Crane, recently manufactured and installed at our valued client’s site in Rotherham. Using a crane kit from our partners GH Cranes & Components, this new crane enhances our clients lifting capabilities and supports their ongoing expansion plans and we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to their growth.

The project was seamless from start to finish and fully compliant with our clients high health and safety standards, professionally assisted by Altida Ltd once again.

We recently completed the installation of the final crane from a highly valuable order of 9 cranes from our esteemed client William Hare Group. #

The total order for 9 cranes was spread across various sites in Newport Risca, Scarborough, Grantham and Bury and included various lifting capacities from 5T to 16T all fitted with tandem control systems, safety lights, long travel sounders, electrical slow/stop limits & wireless remote control systems. Each crane is designed with a high working duty factor to suit the crane usage.

Some of the installations were complex, however our fantastic team of installation & commissioning engineers at Chesterfield Crane Company Ltd alongside our expert partners Altida Ltd executed each and every installation flawlessly and more importantly to the very highest health and safety standards with comprehensive RAMS & Lift Plans. The projects also included the removal of several older redundant cranes that were removed and disposed of in a safe manner.

As always our cranes are fitted with GH Cranes & Components crane kits and constructed to the highest quality from our factory in Chesterfield.

A recent completed installation and handover of these 5x 10T WLL Overhead cranes and 300 linear metres of free standing supporting gantry sitting proudly at almost 10 metres high! This has been undertaken for an esteemed returning customer and highlights our capability of such important projects.

This has been a seamless project from the initial enquiry right through to final commissioning 😊

We would like to congratulate PPelloby Premier Cranesfor delivering a new project on time and meeting customer expectations. The GH kit was supplied by our loyal UK distributor CChesterfield Crane Company
Their new installation includes a 50/50T WLL double girder overhead crane with a specially designed bespoke free standing gantry system and fully equipped with the latest GH kit.

This week we have installed a 10T WLL Double Girder Crane with 24 metres of free standing supporting gantry for our valued client M&S Boxes and Packaging in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
