🔥 IS YOUR GAS BOILER REALLY GETTING THE SERVICE IT DESERVES? 🔥

With winter fast approaching, now is the perfect time to make sure your gas boiler is working safely, efficiently and reliably! 🏠

⚠️ BUT ARE YOU GETTING A PROPER BOILER SERVICE?

Not all boiler services are the same!

A proper boiler service should be much more than a quick look over the boiler and a tick on a piece of paper.

At APW Heating and Building Services Ltd, we believe in doing the job properly, not just getting in and out as quickly as possible.

🔧 WHAT SHOULD A PROFESSIONAL GAS BOILER SERVICE INCLUDE?

✅ Checking the boiler’s safe operation and general condition

✅ Checking gas pressures and gas rate where applicable

✅ Flue gas analysis to check combustion performance

✅ Inspecting the flue system and ventilation requirements

✅ Checking safety devices and boiler controls

✅ Inspecting the condensate system and trap where applicable

✅ Checking for signs of leaks, corrosion and deterioration

✅ Cleaning and inspecting internal components as required by the manufacturer’s servicing instructions

✅ Checking the heating system pressure and general operation

✅ Completing a service record and advising on any defects or recommendations

A boiler service isn’t just about keeping your heating working — it’s about making sure your appliance is operating safely.

❗ CHEAPEST DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN BEST!

A service carried out incorrectly or without following the manufacturer’s instructions could leave important issues undetected.

At APW, our Gas Safe registered engineers carry out boiler servicing in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, giving you peace of mind that your heating system is in safe hands.

🏡 DOMESTIC & COMMERCIAL GAS BOILERS

We service a wide range of gas appliances, from domestic combination boilers to larger commercial heating systems.

We also offer boiler maintenance and care plans to help you look after your heating system throughout the year.

🚿 Another bathroom transformation completed in Inkersall!

For this project, our customer wanted to make their bathroom easier and more comfortable to use, while still achieving a fresh, modern finish.

We removed the existing bath and replaced it with a new low-level shower tray, making access in and out of the shower much easier for the customer.

The bathroom was then completely refreshed to create a practical, stylish space that will work for them for years to come. 👌

At APW Heating & Building Services Ltd, we can tailor bathroom installations around the individual needs of our customers — from full modern renovations to more accessible bathing solutions.
