From 2 rooms to 1 ✨

Take a look at a recent project we completed for a client close to our hearts. Ian, the father- in - law of Ryan, one of our directors, was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2024. 2026 brought mobility difficulties for Ian when he struggled to use their bath without difficulty.

Long story short. Grants and council waiting lists were hard and long. Ryan reached out to Band of Builders who were eager to help straight away. Band of Builders worked with suppliers to help supply the bathroom suite, including shower screen, toilet, basin, shower, wetroom facilities, and more.

Ryan and the team got to work in transition of Ian’s bathroom to wetroom. Unfortunately whilst the wetroom was under construction, Ian’s cancer took control and unfortunately he passed away before he could see the final project. However Band of Builders and suppliers have been happy to still support this installation for the wellbeing of Ian’s wife Debbie.

This wouldn’t be possible without contractors we have worked with, W.cauldwell & Son property maintenance & tiling who fit the tiles, Dale travis plastering services for the plastering, Harmonic Electrical Solutions for the electrics, and R Gratton Joinery Ltd for the joinery.

Everyone at Phennex Heating Solution was saddened by the passing of Ian. Ian supported the business always, and was so happy to have them to fit his wetroom.
