Behind every bathroom we fit, there’s a story. Ours began with Sam, who built accessible bathrooms for his own grandparents, Barbara and William, when their health meant they needed them.

Our new About page is the place to get to know the whole Age Care Bathrooms story before you get in touch with us. It introduces the people you’ll meet along the way, from Mandy on the phones to Brian’s surveyors, Mollie’s design team and Lee’s installers. It walks you through our process step by step, from your free home visit and 3D design to installation and aftercare, and explains in plain English what our accreditations, insurance and 12-month guarantee cover. You’ll also find the company details you can check for yourself, how we support customers and their families, and the areas we cover across England and Wales.

Every surveyor and installer is employed by us (no subcontractors), DBS-checked, and named to you before they arrive. There’s no cold calling, nothing to sign on the day of your visit, and one written price covering the products, delivery, fitting and removal of your old bathroom.

Adrian’s new walk-in shower is up on our website, and it’s a lovely example of how much difference a simple swap can make!

Getting in and out of the bath meant lifting his legs over a tall side, and it took more effort every time. So we took out the bath and fitted a walk-in shower in its place, with a thermostatic valve to keep the water at a steady temperature and a half-height care screen that keeps the water in while still letting someone help from outside the shower if it’s ever needed. Anti-slip flooring, marble-effect walls and a comfort-height toilet finish the room, and it was all done in just four days!

Take a look at Malcom's amazing new bathroom!

Malcom's bathroom was no longer suited for his needs, so we created a safe, accessible space he could rely on for the future. We installed a level access shower with a thermostatic shower and grab rails, an IMEX Essence Smart Toilet, and Polysafe Quattro PUR Barley Cove flooring throughout, finished with MB Elegance Mineral Fantasia wall panels.

All this was completed in just four days!

Tom's new wet room is up on our website, and it's a transformation that's made a real difference to his daily life!

The bathroom Tom previously had no longer worked for him. To use the shower meant stepping over the high side of the bath, and that was becoming much more difficult to do. We took out the bath and brought the whole floor to one level, finished with anti-slip flooring. The shower is now part of the room, with a fold-down seat so Tom can sit while he washes if he'd like to, and a waterproof vanity unit brings the basin and toilet together to keep the room tidy and simple to clean.

Charlotte's new wet room is up on our website, and it's one of our favourites to look back through!

Charlotte wanted a bathroom she could rely on for the future, so we replaced her bath with a completely level shower, wet room flooring and shower chairs. Around the toilet we added drop-down grab rails, so she has something to push up from when she needs it, and they fold out of the way when she doesn't.

The page follows the whole thing, from the 3D design Charlotte saw before we started to the finished room. The installation took five days, and she could still use her toilet for most of that time.

Paul's new wet room is up on our website, and it's a transformation we're really proud of!

Paul's bathroom had stopped working for him, and using the bath was becoming riskier by the day. We removed it altogether and fitted a level access shower with a thermostatic shower, a wheelchair accessible basin and a heated towel rail, creating an easy access wet room built around Paul and designed to serve his needs for years to come.
