Another retail shed roof refurbished.

This one was SCS in Stoke and we carried out cut edge remedial work, roof overcoat and installed gutter strengthening plates before installing new plygene liners.

All works completed whilst allowing the retailer to trade uninterrupted.

PC has been achieved on the amalgamation of the former Mothercare and Argos units in Sheffield.

The scope of work included:

- Stripping out the units to a shell condition, which involved the removal of the mezzanine floor.
- Removal of services from one of the units.
- Installing new shutters and decorating the steel frame and perimeter walls.

Additionally, the roof has been washed, overcoated, gutters painted and remedial work to the siphonic drainage completed.

We have reached practical completion on this amalgamation project in Warrington.

Scope included:
- Consolidation of three units into one
- Creation of new openings on the service yard elevation
- Installation of a new shopfront
- Expansion of the paved approach

Additionally, we are currently forming five retail kiosks, which are expected to be completed in the next two weeks.

Screeding works are under way in Warrington.

The project has seen us strip out three former retail units to form one large unit with new shop fronts and the creation of five mall facing kiosks.

2 weeks to handover.

The once refrigerated shed is now an ambient shed!

14 weeks into a 20 week programme and we're nearly finished including additional works to demolish 14 dock levellers.

All the insulated panels have been collected and sent to Grimsby for recycling into new building products. That's 14500m2 of panels avoiding land fill. Collected and recycled FOC, avoiding landfill and a big ESG tick!

Phase 2 which we are currently tendering will see a refurbishment scheme to include a reclad of the walls and roof, an extension, offices refurb, external works and new transformer.
