We fitted a new boiler for a customer the other month, called out to boiler break down, gas valve filled with shale. Apparently a lot of houses in the village had also suffered. That’s a lot of shale tho 🫣 rectification work to be done ie new gas run to the boiler and filter to be added. Glad I didn’t make a warranty call. 👌
