This one was a tough one working in the extreme heat but managed to get it finished in 6 days for the customers.

Panelled ceiling
Fully retiled
1600 shower tray
10mm toughened shower screen
New shower
New toilet
New sink.
Completely replumbed and pipework hidden below flooring
Plyboard down and just waiting in luxury vinyl flooring.

Bathroom completed in 5 days.
Complete new pipe pipework
New veneered ceiling with spot lights and extractor fan light
Walls reinforced and boarded
Sink swapped to opposite side for more space
Matted and tiled floor and all walls tiled floor to ceiling
Floating sink unit with drawers fitted
Illuminated mirror

All suite and tiles supplied by Matt Holt Taps 'n Tubs

Fully boarded out
Tiled using a white marble porcelain
Grey lvt flooring

Managed to squeeze this one in for a customer that had been started by another builder but left it unfinished.

Complete re plumbing and boarding out with insulated plasterboard, fully plastered and new shower and suite fitted.

Now to start on the rest of the renovation of the property.

Really enjoyed doing this one, complete rip out, new electrics and and a first for me fitting laminate backboard splash backs. Stunning solid wood kitchen with bespoke colour chosen by the customer with antique brass handles.
