☀️ Another large-scale commercial Solar PV installation completed by Genfit

This 1.10 MWp rooftop Solar PV system features 2,156 PV modules, 10 SolarEdge Technologies Inc. inverters and 1,078 power optimisers, helping the site generate clean renewable electricity directly on site.

The system is expected to produce around 1.04 GWh of renewable energy each year, while saving approximately 200 tonnes of CO₂ annually, which is the equivalent of planting over 9,000 trees. 🌱⚡

Projects like this show the impact large commercial rooftops can have when previously unused space is turned into a long-term renewable energy asset.

As renewable technology continues to grow, so does the importance of managing electrical equipment responsibly at the end of its life.

🎾 A bit of team bonding away from the office!

The Genfit team recently got together for a game of padel, giving everyone a chance to switch off, have a laugh and enjoy some friendly competition.

A strong team is a huge part of what keeps Genfit moving. Whether we’re in the office, out on site or delivering a large commercial project, good communication, trust and teamwork make a real difference.

Getting everyone together outside of work helps strengthen those relationships, gives different parts of the business a chance to mix, and ultimately helps us work better as one team.

☀️ Powering Healthcare with Solar Energy! 🏥🌱

Back in 2025, our team at Genfit completed a SolarEdge Solar PV installation at Honeypot Lane Health Centre for Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH).

The 23 kWp SolarEdge system was designed to help the health centre reduce its reliance on grid electricity, lower energy costs and cut carbon emissions.

Back at Aldersey Golf Club ⛳☀️

We originally installed Solar PV at Aldersey Golf Club a few years ago, and it’s great to see the system now being expanded.

The club has added more solar panels to increase the amount of renewable energy generated on site, alongside battery storage so excess solar energy can be stored and used later when it’s needed.

A great example of how a Solar PV system can continue to develop over time as a site’s energy requirements change.⚡
