A full reroof completed here that was a very low pitch and required a low pitch tile for the property. We also dismantled the chimney to below the roof surface and done all necessary timber work needed to the roof. a great turn around and looks so much fresher and really compliments the full refurb to the bungalow 👍😁🙌

Been busy with work lately so here's a photo dump of some big jobs that have been completed recently.
First off was a lovely listed building on the way into Chester with. The history of, being the viewing gallery for the rich to watch hangings. 😳
A very interesting place with tunnels to the old lepper hospital .🫣
We did a full sand down and prep of all exterior masonry, sealed, damp proofed and filled all cracks . Few coats of paint and what a transformation.
All the Georgian windows were stripped down and redone due to bad workmanship in the past🤦
But now also back to their former glory .
We made the client a Bespoke gate to suit her needs and also renewed the flat roof 🫶

The start of a dry ridge installation job .😁

All the old modern decorative ridge were removed from the property roof .

Tiles having all old mortar removed for a clean surface .
Batten fitted to the ridge beam to fix to.👌

Webbing laid and stuck to the tiles all ready for the ridges to be laid and mechanically fixed 🫶🙌.

Was a bit of a strange request today from the next door neighbour of the job we were on she wanted me to install a flying eagle for her 🤨.
So we did and to be fair the pigeons just disappeared also from the neighbouring properties😱🤷🤣🤣🤣
