First fix time on the Waverton project, it’s always nice when the existing walls have come down, a blank canvas to be able to tweak room sizes to suit needs

And a finished external look at the Kinnerton project, with no window openings having and lintels situated, there were a total of 64 concrete lintels installed to create the new and to bring the existing window openings up to standards!

And finally the master en-suite, after a few design changes along the way to get the best layout I think we can all agree that the finished outcome is extraordinary!

Here’s the finished article in terms of first fix for the master bedroom, framework completed to create the walk in wardrobe, plastered and painted ready for the fitted wardrobes

Once the structural work was complete we then moved on to create the custom headboard/ room divider, not only was this the headboard for the bed it doubled as a 2 way entrance for the walk in wardrobe and master en-suite situated behind

Then onto the second floor! Old oak A frame support walls removed, new floor joists and flooring, structural stud walls formed, 8 steel purlin supports installed and acros down ready to form the master bedroom

1st floor joists completed on our Kinnerton project last year, removed the old joists / tree trunks, new 8x2 joists and flooring throughout to give more headroom on the ground floor and a nice level finish on the 1st
