🏠 NEW BUILDS!

Over the past 2 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a number of new-build projects, gaining valuable experience across all stages of construction and developing a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver a quality new build from the ground up.
From foundations and brickwork through to the finer finishing details, I’ve built up a vast knowledge of modern construction methods, current Building Regulations and the standards expected on today’s new-build projects.
I’m now looking to take that experience to the next level and take on my own new-build projects, bringing the same level of craftsmanship, attention to detail and pride in the work that I’ve developed over the years.
Whether it’s a single new-build home, extension or larger project, I’m ready to take on the challenge and deliver a build that’s done properly — from the foundations to the finished product. 💪

🧱 Recent repointing project completed

Another wall brought back to life! 👌

As you can see from the before photos, the existing pointing had deteriorated badly. The wall had previously been repointed, but the mortar mix used was too strong and the joints weren’t raked out to a sufficient depth.

Over time, this caused sections of the mortar to crack, loosen and fall away, leaving the brickwork vulnerable to further deterioration.

We carefully removed the failed pointing, prepared the joints properly and repointed the wall using a suitable mortar mix, helping to protect the brickwork and prevent further damage.

✅ Joints prepared to the correct depth
✅ Suitable mortar mix used
✅ Brickwork repaired and protected
✅ Another job completed to a high standard

Latest job undertaken. A garage wall had been shunted causing it lean out drastically.

Lucky i was able to prop the roof, take down and build the wall back up safely, also adding a parting wall and opening the rear so they can have an office/ garage

Latest bit of work completed. As you can see wall was in need of repointing the original wall was poorly repointed years ago as you can see has all started to fall out because the mortar mix was too strong an not deep enough ive managed to fix this an stop a anymore damage to the wall
