Option agreement – 30 acres near Warrington 📍

We’re pleased to have recently exchanged on an Option Agreement for 30 acres of potential residential development land near Warrington 🏡

Capital Grant 2026 offers have been coming through over the last few weeks - with more expected in October 💰

Top 5 tips once you have your grant offer:

1) Check that you have been offered what you were expecting - check the item and the measurement

2) Read over the Grant terms and conditions (a boring job but worthwhile!)

This is particularly key if you’re a tenant on the land you have applied (see section 3).

Each grant item needs different evidence and lots of photographs are reccomended, including before, during and after 📸

4) Accept the grant offer before your deadline - everyone may have a different date. Check your email to see yours.

5) DO NOT buy anything before you have accepted the grant offer - this will render your grant invalid.
