I had a great experience with this plumbing service. They were quick to respond, arrived on time, and clearly explained the issue before getting to work.The job was done efficiently and to a high standard, with fair and transparent pricing. It’s refreshing to find such reliable and professional service—I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I am overall quite happy with the service. We needed to have a new boiler fitted and the pipe work redone.The whole process from initial assessment, quote and the work was very efficient and felt professional.There were some unexpected issues with seized valves which Taylor and his team responded to very quickly and replaced. The work was done very cleanly and quickly and everything now works as it should.Taylor also explained the new system and how to work the thermostat at length to make sure I was able to work it correctly rather than just leave me with the handbook as others have done in the past. Thanks for taking the extra step there.The only reason I did not give this a 5 star review is that some of the floor boards were not fixed back in place properly after the new piping was laid down. Not the end of the world but would have made the experience wholly positive.I am definitely looking forward to working with Jordan and his team on the next project we have planned and can recommend them to anyone. Well done guys.

Absolutely fantastic service provided from start to finish. It wasn't a straight forward boiler replacement but it was completed as described at the beginning. The engineers were all polite and respectful and worked solidly on the job. They cleaned up thoroughly after they finished. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommended

Brilliant and polite service. Arrived within 24 hours of reporting the issue and fixed within a few hours. From reporting to my letting agent, to having my issue resolved has been under 24 hours, and most of this was me being asleep. Great communications, great company, great service.

Bought a house and needed to upgrade the boiler to a combi. We had no idea where to start. We called Jordon following a recommendation, and he promptly popped round and explained everything. We felt really happy with the explanation, price, and overall impression.The installation was completed in one day by James and Taylor. The water tanks were removed along with the old gas pipes, with no mess whatsoever. The boiler was moved from its original position, and it looks so much neater and tidier—far better than I had expected.They also noticed that the old boiler flue point didn’t meet regulations, so they are coming back to fix this issue. A very happy customer and will definitely be using them again.
