This old shed had definitely seen better days! Facing straight into the neighbour's garden, it wasn't the prettiest view for anyone to look at. Our customers asked us to help, and we're delighted with the result! 👏

With a little care, some hard work and our team's skills, we've given this tired old shed a much-needed makeover. A simple project, perhaps, but one that has made a real difference to the look and feel of the garden.

🏡 **Single-Storey Extension Update!** 🧱

Things are coming along nicely on our latest single-storey extension!

The brickwork is well underway, with the blockwork progressing nicely too. We’re steadily moving forward, and it won’t be long before we’re looking at getting the roof on! 🔨

One of the most important stages at the moment is dealing with the drainage. It might not be the most exciting part of an extension, but getting it right is absolutely essential! Every property is different, depending on its location, the age and position of existing pipes, and the layout of the drains.

We’re working closely with Mr M and keeping everything coordinated with the relevant planning and approval requirements to ensure each stage is checked, signed off where necessary, and completed correctly. ✅

There’s a lot more to building an extension than just bricks and mortar, and making sure everything is done properly from the ground up is what really counts.

🏡 **Giving Patios & Pathways a New Lease of Life!** 🔨

Following the completion of our recent side extension, it was time to give the outside areas of this property some much-needed TLC!

The existing pathways had seen better days, so we got to work repositioning any slabs that had moved, repointing and tidying everything up to restore them to their former glory.

The main patio also needed quite a bit of attention, so we relaid a substantial section to bring it back to life. The difference is clear to see, and the whole area has been given a fresh new look! 👌

With everything looking so much better, our client can look forward to making the most of their outdoor space when spring arrives. 🌿☀️

A proper sign-in and sign-out system helps keep track of tools, reduces the risk of things going missing, and ensures equipment can be maintained and looked after properly. The result? A more organised, efficient and productive day for the whole team. 💪

This is just a small example of the workshop space we’ve created, and we’re already making great progress on the mezzanine level!

🔨 **A LITTLE LOOK AT WHAT WE’VE BEEN BUSY WITH…** 🏡

There’s certainly no slowing down for us at the moment!

Alongside moving into our new, larger premises and planning for the next chapter of the business, our team has been busy across a really varied mix of projects.

Here are just a few of the jobs currently underway — and one we’ve recently completed:

🏡 **A single-storey extension** — designed and built with the future in mind, ready to become a two-storey extension next year.

🔨 **A garage conversion** — transforming an existing, underused space into something completely new and usable.

🏚️ **A complete house refurbishment** — taking the property right back to a shell, restructuring the roof and making extensive alterations and additions throughout. A huge transformation and one we’re really enjoying seeing take shape.

🚜 **Groundworks** — preparing and improving another property ready for the next stages of the project.

🎨 **Full exterior transformation** — a recently completed external render and paint job, giving the whole property a fresh new lease of life.

This is exactly why we love what we do. **No two projects are ever quite the same.**

From groundwork and structural alterations to extensions, conversions, complete refurbishments and those finishing touches that completely change the look of a home — we have the experience and skills within our team to take on projects of all shapes and sizes.
