Birch Avenue Project – Fully Complete! 🏡✨

What a transformation! Our Birch Avenue project in Fleet is now officially finished, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. 👏

This roof has undergone a full refresh — from stripping back the original tiles, fitting brand-new breathable membrane and strong battens, to carefully relaying the existing tiles and adding new ones where needed. The final touches included fresh fascia vents, cement verges, flashings, and a full dry ridge vented system to complete the job to the highest standard. ✅

The result? A watertight, weatherproof roof that keeps the home’s original character while being fully equipped for the years ahead. 🌦️

A huge thanks to our hardworking team for their excellent craftsmanship and dedication throughout this project — completed right on schedule Saturday evening! 👷‍♂️💪

We managed to get the finishing shots yesterday, and the roof looks fantastic from every angle. Another Revived Roofing job done right! 🔨🏠

Birch Avenue – End of Day Update 🏡✨

Progress has moved on really well this afternoon. The team have been relaying the original tiles that were stripped earlier, while also adding in new tiles where needed to replace any that didn’t survive. This way, the roof keeps its original character with the strength of new materials where required.

✅ Existing tiles relaid over fresh underlay
✅ New tiles added where replacements were needed
✅ Careful detailing around dormers, skylights & chimney
✅ Site tidied and ready for tomorrow

We’re now on track for full completion tomorrow — Birch Avenue is nearly finished! 👷‍♂️🔨

🚁 Another update from above! 🏡✨
The old tiles have been stripped back and we’ve now fitted a brand-new breathable membrane and fresh battens across this section of the roof. The original tiles will soon be going back on, giving the home a refreshed and weatherproof finish while keeping its character intact.

Loving the progress shots from the drone – it’s always great to see the transformation from this angle! 👷‍♂️🔨

We’ve started a partial roof replacement on this property – stripping back the tiles, fitting brand-new breathable membrane and strong new battens, then reusing the original tiles to keep the character of the home.

This approach gives the roof a fresh, weatherproof layer of protection while making the most of the existing materials. The end result? A roof that looks just as good, but is much better prepared for the years ahead!
