We are pleased to showcase to you this 1988 AC Cobra MkIV. With only 11,880* miles, beautiful Porsche Guards Red paint, tan interior, wood steering wheel and gear k**b, and of course that naturally aspirated 5.0 litre Ford 302 V8 engine. This vehicle has been tastefully upgraded by us at Redline Engineering, including a stainless steel exhaust, 16 inch Halibrand wheels with polished spinners, chrome stone guards, aluminium bonnet scoop, and documented services/ maintenance with Redline Engineering. We’re surprised this exceptional AC Aceca didn’t find a new custodian sooner, however we’re delighted to announce that it has now been sold.

A “Bristol” engined example, fully restored and, in our opinion, quite simply the finest on the market.

Cars of this calibre rarely come along, and they really don’t get much better than this.

Nearing completion is this monster 7.0-litre big block 427 engine.

Scheduled for service, a noticeable engine noise was heard on startup.

Further investigation revealed 3 bent pushrods, prompting us to remove the engine and carry out a thorough inspection.

With the engine stripped and inspected, we were able to identify the cause and check for any additional damage before commencing the rebuild.

Now fully rebuilt and nearing the final stages, this mighty V8 is ready to be reunited with the Cobra chassis.

Soon it will be back on the road, ready to deliver many more miles of effortless performance, character and, of course, endless enjoyment.

Offered for sale is the ultimate fast-road Jaguar E-Type FHC Series II 4.7-litre.

First registered 1st August 1970, chassis number 1R20694. UK-supplied.

Finished in Sable Brown with Tan leather interior / brown piping.

70,495 miles, with long-term present ownership.

The interesting part about this car is that it has been fully restored with an emphasis on driving enjoyment.

A comprehensive restoration by Neil Tyman Ltd has been carried out to the body and chassis, with a key focus on the engine and mechanical specification. It features a Rob Beere 4.7-litre engine, 5-speed gearbox, upgraded cooling and brakes, plus the list goes on.

The interior has been equally well trimmed and finished to a high standard, featuring Series I bucket seats, a small wood-rim Mota-Lita steering wheel and a Becker Classic stereo.

In fact, it is believed that approximately £190,000 has been spent on the car, resulting in one of the most remarkable examples of mechanical refinement that can be enjoyed on the road.
