Original taps put in when the cast iron bath was fitted and then the frame was built around it 😩.
Bath taps seized to the bath.
Had to cut the taps off and hole saw the rest off 👌🏻 and multi tool the frame to fit the new taps.

Customer supplied like for like electric shower swap

Overflowing toilet, some dodgy set up causing the valve to not shut off.
New one for me toilet on the landing.
Replaced the flush valve with an easy flush handle too to resolve the issue.

Had a distressed elderly customer phone me upset this morning. Previously thought her guttering was leaking, but had water still leaking down the side of her house despite the lack of rain recently, making it too slippery to go into her garden.

- Cold water storage take ball valve was seized not shutting off thus overflowing the tank.
The overflow looked like it was going out the facia board. Turns out someone had left the overflow pouring into the cavity and rotting the facia 😤, honestly what is wrong with people !
Some of the fittings weren’t even glued 🙈.
Hottest day of the year so far spent crawling around in a tiny unboarded loft in old insulation wasn’t my plan for the day but at least it’s all sorted correctly now !

My baths not draining. 🧐 wonder why. Someone had fitted the bath so low (460 mm) and hacked out the floor to allow for the bath trap to still pipe the the waste up hill.
Had to remove the lower tiles, to take out the bath, only to find the plasterboard was completely rotted away ( fitted with nails - old school ).
Nice but of aqua board so I could refit the bath at the correct height and plumb it up properly.

Old Worcester on the curb, new ideal on the wall 👌. With the standard false widow in the meter box, this girl was massive 😣.
Gas pipe work existing, so I clean off the old flux corrosion before commission.
Solid day with a chemical flush and inhibitor.
Nice toasty home now👌😍.
