🏡✨ OLD OUT. NEW IN. HERITAGE KEPT. ✨🏡

Sometimes it’s the smaller details that make a BIG difference! 👌

This tired old window had definitely seen better days… so it was time for an upgrade. 🔨🪟

Out with the old ➡️ in with the new — replacing the failing window while making sure the finished result stays in keeping with the character and heritage of the property. 🤎

Clean lines, fresh finish and a new stone lintel that sits beautifully against the existing stonework. 🙌

Modern performance without losing the traditional look. 🏡✨

☀️🔥 Beating the heat and keeping the pour flowing. Pumping concrete in this weather takes teamwork, precision, and plenty of water! 💪🚧

No shortcuts. Just solid work, done right.

💥1st project of 2026 completed and ready to be lived in!💥

🏗️ DS Construction has recently completed this two-storey extension and full internal renovation for our client, delivering a complete transformation of the property.

🏡The works have significantly increased the usable living space while improving the overall layout and flow of the home. Internally, the renovation has modernised the property throughout, creating a brighter, more functional and comfortable living environment for everyday family life.

⚒️From the initial structural works through to the final finishes, every stage of the build was carried out with close attention to detail and quality workmanship. This project required careful planning and coordination, and we’re proud to have delivered a high-quality result that meets both the client’s brief and current building standards.

It’s been a great project to complete and another successful handover for the team at DS Construction.

If you’re considering a home extension or renovation, feel free to get in touch to discuss your project.
