Due to continued expansion, we're looking for talented individuals to join our professional team as Roofer / Labourer.

👷♂️Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting with all aspects of roofing work, including flat roofing (felt, EPDM, GRP), pitched roofing (tiles, slates), and leadwork.
* Preparing work sites, including setting up scaffolding, safety barriers, and protecting surrounding areas.
* Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment safely.
* Demolishing existing roofing structures and disposing of waste responsibly.
* Performing general labouring duties on construction sites as required.
* Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety standards and quality specifications.
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Working effectively as part of a team, taking instruction and supporting colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Roofer or Labourer within the roofing/construction industry.
* Full UK Driving License is essential.
* Ability to work effectively and safely at heights.
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites.
* Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated.
* Good physical fitness and stamina for demanding work.
* Excellent work ethic and a commitment to quality.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
