Here we have an old roof, tired and covered in chippings which as you can see has only created moss growth. The job involved stripping back the old roof, a vapour check barrier put down before installing 100mm insulation, boarded over the top of that with 18mm OSB3 ply to create a warm decked roof, followed by 3 layers of High Performance Felt finished in Solar Reflective Paint, old coping stones capped in a mineral felt to eradicate any future water ingress down the cavity which could create damp in the future ... complete peace of mind for the customer and a humongous difference in look... feel free to call for a free quotation if you have any flat roof issues.
