We’re hiring a Sales Design Consultant to join The Little Conservatory Company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, creative and customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working with homeowners and helping turn ideas into beautifully designed spaces.

You’ll meet clients in their homes, understand their needs and lifestyle, create bespoke design solutions and guide them from initial consultation through to order. You’ll be working across premium conservatories, orangeries, extensions, windows and doors.

With qualified appointments provided, you can focus on what you do best — designing, advising, building relationships and converting opportunities into sales.

What we offer:
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Field-based role covering Cheltenham and surrounding areas
• Ongoing product and supplier training
• Uncapped earning potential
• OTE £100,000+

We’re ideally looking for someone with 5+ years’ B2C sales experience, excellent communication skills and a full UK driving licence.
