I've been of few updates whilst I continue to navigate my way through this journey and this new normal of anxiety I feel most days, I'm trying more on embracing it than constantly fighting that complete disregard for it like it didn't exist because the reality is it does exist, even if it can't be seen or predicted when, what I'm trying to get at is these objects here may seem like just objects but behind it is a small story on where I am, a small encouraging update because a few months ago I'd never felt further away from doing this kind of creative thing again, my mind simply wasn't strong enough, but for this I see all the colours so beautifully so I'm very 😃

It pains me to say this but I know I need to get my head and health right an for me to do that I know that I need to completely step away from painting and put myself first, I don't know for how long but I just know that I need to work on myself and seeing life in a different light again ❤️

Decided on having two trees this year 😊
This year's been the toughest I've ever had to go through with how I've been feeling but I want to try and enjoy this month now as much as I can and end this year on somewhat of a positive, I really hope to start seeing you all again early next year and have a happy Christmas 🫶
