š£ļøUnfortunately, I need help.
My world class marketing has brought me loads of work and my ability to not say "NO" has left us with a lot todo
So, Iām looking for someone to start helping us out on some upcoming projects.
Iām NOT necessarily looking for another plasterer or renderer. Iām looking for someone with a construction background whoās good with their hands, knows how to use tools, has some common sense and actually wants to work.
Someone who can become genuinely useful on site.
Prep, protection, mixing, moving materials, keeping ahead of us, basic beading and eventually learning more of what we do.
I can teach the right person the rendering side.
What I canāt teach is turning up on time, having a decent work ethic and giving a s**t about the standard of your work.
This isnāt necessarily a full-time job or a guaranteed five days a week.
Our work is external and weather dependent. Iām looking to start bringing the right person in on a weekly basis, get them involved in the business and take things from there.
And just to be clear, itās hard, physical work.
We work outside. Things are heavy. Things get dirty. Sometimes itās freezing. Sometimes itās boiling. Sometimes it pi**es down for three weeks because we live in England.
Itās hard work for hard people.
So, to put this as professionally as possible:
No maggots š
Youāll need genuine construction/site experience. You donāt need to know everything about rendering, but I need someone practical who can actually become an asset rather than another person I have to look after.
Driving licence is a big advantage.
Most of our work is around Cheltenham and the Cotswolds, although we do travel further for certain projects.
If you think youād be a good fit, message me with:
⢠What you currently do / your trade background
⢠What you can actually do
⢠Where youāre based
⢠Whether you drive
⢠Your current day rate
⢠Your availability
And please donāt just send me:
āInterested mate.ā
Because I wonāt be. š
....Was that a bit passive-aggressive? Ah well. š
