There are still a few finishing touches to complete on this one….but we couldn’t wait to share it! We’ll be highlighting more of the detail involved when we share the project across each of our specialist VIP companies’ pages, so keep an eye out!
We’re delighted with the outcome of this 2-bedroom annexe in Prestbury, Cheltenham. All of our teams worked incredibly hard together, through all weathers, to deliver our wonderful clients’ vision.

From groundworks, door and window supply and installation, through to plastering and carpentry, our VIP Properties team delivered every stage of the build.

Our VIP Heating & Plumbing team took care of the air source heat pump, underfloor heating, bathroom suite installation and all general plumbing works, ensuring all new services were connected and ready to go.

Our VIP Electrical team were responsible for the complete electrical installation, including new distribution cabling, full electrical rewire - including feature and outdoor lighting, along withall electrical connections required throughout the property.

Our VIP Flooring team finished the look beautifully, supplying and installing the stunning oak herringbone LVT, which perfectly complements the open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedrooms were finished with fitted carpets to create a warm and comfortable feel.

It’s been a real team effort from start to finish, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve created for our lovely clients❤️Thank you to everyone who has been involved with this build.

What a difference! We were proud to work alongside our sister companies VIP Properties, VIP Heating & Plumbing and VIP Flooring on this incredible transformation.

Our electrical team took this studio from dark and dated to warm and bright.

The property had a complete electrical transformation, including a full rewire to bring the property up to current UK safety standards and to accommodate the additional electrical requirements of the property.

We also installed new spotlights downstairs and upstairs, creating a brighter, warmer and much more welcoming space.

A fresh electrical installation can completely change how a room feels and functions -and this one really shows the difference!
