Another Completed roof replacement, bit of a challenge with this one. Levels are all over the place with a rigid line dropping 175mm. Old rafters on side pitch where snapped and rotten so we replaced a hole pitch with new 4x3 timbers. 1 Chimney removed. 2 New pots and 3 cowls, new lead work. New natural slates on the front elevation and fibre cement slate to the rear and side elevations. For a free quotation please don’t hesitate to get in contact.

Forgot to post updated photos of the loft conversion project, painters did an amazing job. Really loving the grey on all the wood work that our wonderful clients chose. We didn’t just Covent a loft on this property there was many more jobs we completed around the property including over seeing a full house rewire and full house decoration. Recent loft conversion completed. Interior photos to follow. We have created a bedroom for our customers daughter and a main bathroom to creat more space down stairs for a much needed utility room. Also at our customers house a full house Re wiring has been completed and currently a full house decoration is in process. Lovely little conversion for a lovely family. 2 new key light windows fitted for a nursery in cleeve, the old windows did not open on the top floor of the nursery making it very hot in the summer months, 2 windows replaced in a day with very minimal disruption and no scaffolding. 👌🏻💪🏻

Not been very active recently with our posts 🤦‍♂️ a few jobs we have completed over the last couple months. This job was a rubber roof replacement that our customer had on there extension. Unfortunately the rubber roof was very poorly fitted. They lost faith in rubber so we replaced with GRP fibre glass. Also replaced the lead flashing that had been tucked under the first course of slates which allowed driving rain to run behind the lead. Job completed in 2 days. 👌🏻👌🏻

Complete strip off, new felt and battens, new fibre glass no maintenance valleys, new no maintenance dry hip and ridge system with new hips and ridges, using the old tiles we could save. This job was completed in 3 working day from start to finish, great work from the lads 💪🏻💪🏻👌🏻 please call for a free quotation.
