Our customer had an unused garage at the bottom of their garden that had gradually become a space for clutter and simply wasn’t being used to its full potential.

They called us in to work our usual garage conversion magic — something we’ve done many times before!

We’ve completely transformed the space into a bright, warm and fully usable room, including:

BRINGING MORE LIGHT INTO THIS LIVING SPACE!

Our customer wanted to bring more natural daylight into their living room while also making the most of the views out into their garden.

We removed the existing window along with the brickwork below to create a much larger opening for a new fixed aluminium window.

We also removed the existing French doors, surrounding windows and brickwork to make way for a set of bifolding doors, completely opening up the rear of the property.

As part of the works, we relocated the radiator that was originally positioned beneath the window, moved an electrical socket, and plastered and made good internally, leaving everything ready for the customer to decorate.

The result is a much brighter, more open living space, allowing our customers to sit back, relax and enjoy the views of their garden all year round. 🏡✨

Transforming this Notley home from top to bottom…

Some fantastic progress on this project, with two extensions taking shape simultaneously and the transformation now becoming clear.

The first-floor extension is well underway, with the brickwork complete and roof timbers nearly finished, ready for the fascias and soffits.

To the rear, the ground-floor extension has required a substantial groundwork package. The piling is complete, the reinforced raft has been formed and the drainage relocated. Brickwork is now progressing up to DPC level.

A lot of work goes into reaching this stage, but this is where the project really starts to come together.

We’ll keep sharing the progress as this one develops.

*Another Front Garden Transformation Complete*

A nice little makeover on this one, giving the front of the property a much cleaner, smarter and more low-maintenance finish.

☑️ New footings dug and concrete poured
☑️ New front boundary wall built
☑️ Existing shrubs and overgrown areas dug out and cleared
☑️ Ground levelled and prepared
☑️ Heavy-duty membrane installed
☑️ Finished with decorative slate for a clean, tidy finish

Nothing too complicated, but a massive difference to the front of the property! 👌

Security Bollards Supplied & Fitted – Salvation Army, Chelmsford

We recently completed the supply and installation of three new security bollards at the Salvation Army in Chelmsford.

The works were carried out to help protect and reserve designated parking spaces for staff, preventing unauthorised vehicles from using the allocated areas and ensuring the spaces remain available when required.

The installation included the supply of heavy-duty security bollards, accurate positioning, ground preparation, and secure fitting to provide a neat, practical, and long-lasting solution.
The completed installation improves site control, reduces parking issues, and provides peace of mind for staff and visitors using the facility.
