What a beautiful project this has turned out to be. 🖤🏡

There’s something really special about coming back to a project and seeing how far it’s come. We spend so much of our time seeing buildings at their earliest stages, so getting to see them looking like this is always a bit of a proud moment for the team.

We absolutely love the character of this one. The black exterior, red brickwork and traditional tiled roof look incredible together, and the clock tower and weather vane are such a lovely finishing touch.

It’s also a brilliant reminder of just how different every project we work on can be. No two customers have quite the same vision, and seeing those ideas become real is one of the best parts of what we do.

There are still a few finishing touches to go, but we couldn’t resist sharing this one already. 😍

Concrete has been used in construction for generations and absolutely still has its place.

But it isn’t automatically the best solution for every project.

Traditional foundations can involve excavation, removing soil, bringing concrete onto site and then allowing sufficient time before subsequent stages can continue.

For suitable projects, a ground screw and steel base system offers a very different approach.

Ground screws are mechanically installed directly into the ground and can dramatically reduce the amount of excavation required. This also allows for it to be fully removable at a later date with little disruption. In the past, many of our foundation and base installations can be completed within hours, depending on the individual project and ground.

Ground conditions, loads, screw selection, depth and positioning all matter.

That’s where engineering meets installation.

The part of the building you don’t see is often the part that matters most.

Built around the space; not limited by it.

Not every project starts with a perfectly clear plot, and sometimes the features already there are exactly what make the finished build special.

This project is a great example. Rather than letting an established tree dictate what couldn’t be done, the building was designed around it, creating a completely bespoke layout that makes the tree part of the finished space. 🌳🏡
