Some events stay with you long after the evening ends. The 3rd Neverland Ball was one of those. 💙

This September, The TP Group was proud to be a table sponsor at the Neverland Ball, held at the beautiful Horwood House Hotel & Spa in Buckinghamshire - raising funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity and William Crook's Brighter Future Fund.

The ball takes place in memory of William Crook, who passed away at just 14 months old following a complicated medical condition, having spent most of his short life in the care of the incredible teams at GOSH.

Supporting the communities and causes around us is something The TP Group takes seriously - not just as a business commitment, but as a genuine privilege.

To the teams at Great Ormond Street Hospital who dedicate their lives to caring for the most vulnerable - you are truly remarkable.

We were very happy to take part in the Macmillan Cancer Support Coffee Morning on Wednesday, bringing the TP Group team together for a brilliant cause. ☕🍰

There were plenty of delicious treats baked and brought in by the team, including cupcakes, coffee cake and some rather impressive giant chocolate chip cookies.

And, as we all know, Wednesday is more or less the weekend… and calories consumed at the weekend don’t count!

A big thank you to everyone who baked, bought, donated and got involved. It was a great team effort in support of an important cause.

Martin McKim, our Senior Contracts Manager for TP Painting Solutions was the obvious choice to take on the extra role of Social Value Ambassador.

His willingness to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues has already seen him involved in plenty of social value work.

Martin recently joined a panel at Morgan Sindall Group plc's Building a Lasting Legacy (BaLL) event at Chelmsford College, answering questions from parents and Yr 9 pupils about careers in construction.

He also played his part in the The Tom Bowdidge Youth Cancer Foundation charity golf day, flying the TPG flag for a brilliant cause.

Alongside BaLL, Martin has supported Canary Wharf Group with careers talks and site walks, giving students a real insight into construction. We're also grateful for his work recruiting and mentoring apprentices in TP Painting Solutions, setting a great example for the next generation.

Martin, along with our seven other Social Value Ambassadors, will keep making a real difference for our clients and the communities we work in.

Passionate about creating positive outcomes beyond the scope of our contracts, Jo is a dedicated advocate for Social Value within the her division and across the wider group. Her enthusiasm for embedding meaningful social value into our projects makes her the ideal ambassador to champion a key division of our business.

TP Passive Fire Protection are delighted to share that Mark Whitbread has been promoted to Technical Sales & Business Development Director.

After just over four fantastic years as Passive Fire Survey Manager, Mark is taking the next step his career with The TP Group.

During his time time leading the survey division, Mark has played an important role in supporting and developing our surveyors, while working closely with clients to help them understand their survey findings and identify the best way forward.

In his new role, Mark will build on this experience by strengthening our existing client relationships, developing new opportunities and helping to drive the continued growth of the business.
