Over the course of 315 hours, Luke gained valuable hands-on industry experience while impressing the team with his attitude, work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Five people, one day, 273m² of pure resin bound quality. That's what expertise looks like.
We're proud to share our latest completed project: 273m² of resin bound gravel surfacing at Fort Road Recreation Ground, East Sussex, part of the sports pavilion refurbishment delivered for Sunninghill Construction Co Ltd

Using Ronadeck UV resin paired with Aztec Gold aggregate supplied by Long Rake Spar, our five-person crew turned this around in a single day, no small feat when you're after a finish this seamless. The result is a durable, striking surface that sits beautifully alongside the new pavilion and its surrounding landscaping.

Technical precision behind a complex public realm landscape.

The sculpted geometry of this Life & Mind Building project demanded meticulous setting out, detailed coordination and precise construction sequencing throughout the external landscaping works.

A key element was the installation of the individual precast step units, where accuracy was critical to achieving the design intent. Every unit required careful positioning to maintain consistent levels, tight tolerances and seamless integration with retaining structures, planting areas and surrounding architectural interfaces.

Delivered in close collaboration with Wates Group, Fira Landscape Ltd Architects and the wider project team, the finished amphitheatre provides a durable, high-quality civic space built to perform under significant public use.

Another quality finish delivered by our Surfacing & Coatings team. 👏

We've recently completed a 560m² resin bound installation at a private property in Tunbridge Wells, delivering a durable, low-maintenance finish that will stand the test of time.

Completed over just three days by a team of 13 experienced operatives, the project used 6mm UV Pecan aggregate with Bound Worx UV resin from Resin Bonded Ltd to achieve a high-quality result from start to finish.

Every project is different, but our focus remains the same: delivering quality workmanship and Service Without Compromise.

Congratulations to Grace Watts, Paul Marshall, Mark Whitbread, Jamie Marshall and Owen Layzell on achieving the FPA Level 3 Award in Passive Fire Protection.

The qualification develops a deeper understanding of key passive fire protection principles, including compartmentation, fire stopping and maintaining the integrity of fire protection systems during maintenance and refurbishment works.

Today's students are tomorrow's workforce.

Earlier this summer, we were proud to support Chelmsford City Council Skills Fest at ARU Writtle, where around 1,700 Year 8 students explored future career opportunities with local employers and training providers.

Even in the 30°C+ heat, it was fantastic to meet so many enthusiastic, engaged students who were keen to learn more about careers in construction.

A big thank you to Mark Whitbread, Emma Francis and Kirsty Hamblion for representing us and running our interactive 'Hit the Target' challenge, helping spark conversations about the opportunities our industry has to offer.

Supporting events like this is one of the ways we invest in future talent and create lasting social value in the communities where we work.

Transforming the final phase of Bean Tree Court and Otto Close in Sydenham Hill, TP Landscaping delivered a comprehensive external works package designed to create high-quality communal spaces for residents.

Appointed by Lovell Partnerships Ltd, the works included over 2,600m² of premium paving, drainage infrastructure, retaining structures, street furniture and extensive soft landscaping, supported by the importation of more than 600m³ of quality topsoil.

A key element was the construction of an engineered Trexiana - Flex MSE vegetated retaining wall, alongside biodiversity-focused planting, irrigation systems and natural play areas.

Working alongside Lovell and multiple trades, our team-maintained programme and quality throughout, delivering attractive, functional and sustainable communal spaces.
