🌱 WE’RE HIRING – GROUNDS MAINTENANCE OPERATIVES 🌱

Due to continued growth, Green Net Eco Ltd is looking for reliable and hardworking people to join our Grounds Maintenance team.

📍 Based in Chelmsford, Essex
🚐 Working across Essex and surrounding areas
📅 Full-time, Monday–Friday
⚡ Immediate starts available

The role will include:
🌿 Grass cutting & strimming
🌳 Hedge cutting & pruning
🌱 General grounds maintenance
🍂 Site clearances & seasonal works
🏫 Working across schools and commercial sites
🚜 Use of a range of professional grounds maintenance equipment

What we’re looking for:

✅ enhanced DBS checked
✅ Reliable and hardworking
✅ Good attitude and able to work as part of a team
✅ Grounds maintenance/landscaping experience preferred
✅ Experience using strimmers, mowers and hedge cutters is an advantage
✅ Full UK driving licence would be a big advantage
✅ Must be able to work to a good standard and take pride in your work

Experience is great, but attitude and reliability are just as important to us.

We’re a growing company with plenty of opportunities for the right people to progress.
