Had a lot of fun fitting this van out. Customer is a mobile mechanic with a lot of heavy equipment and wanted strength and functionality over looks. We spent some time going through what they wanted where to get it exactly how they wanted it.
As well as the woodwork, I also fitted a powerful electrical system consisting of a high capacity lithium battery, shore power capabilities, interior LEDs, floodlights facing aft, 18v battery chargers and a massive 3kw pure wave inverter capable of powering most 240v power tools on the move. 2 separate battery chargers, one used when plugged into shore power at home, the other charger tops the battery up when the engine is running, all housed in a box fitted in the passenger space.

Empty loft space converted in to massive storage space by boarding out the floor. Framework was added above the insulation to maintain maximum insulation efficiency.
A loft ladder was also installed which can be operated from below.
