Another busy one last weekend at Brands Hatch with two days of racing with the Classic Racing Motorcycle Club (CRMC). Lots of displays and parades too. Thank you to all who joined us over the weekend, including my neighbour John Ruth, a 12 time TT entrant and founder member of the CRMC.

Commercial EPCs - We’re seeing more call for pre-assessment advisory visits at the moment, especially in relation to buildings our clients believe may be exempt from needing an EPC (usually relating to buildings outside the scope of the EPBD).

If you need a non-domestic EPC, we cover Essex and the surrounding counties - and can often be available at short notice.

We’re a small team based in Chelmsford, focusing on residential and mixed-use development opportunities in Essex and neighbouring counties. We also provide a project management service for existing clients and offer a commercial energy assessment (NDEA) and advice service.
