Will I ever stop hand drawing ✍️?

The day I stop thinking I will.

For me drawing is an extension of my thought process.

This sketch is from one of my current projects, the client is a Chelmsford based coffee shop owner who has appointed JADC Studio to expand their premises.

Every meeting has involved reviewing a CAD drawing and then hand drawing over it as we talk, this has been so important in developing ideas 💡

Long live the pen 🖊️!

Currently on the drawing board 📐✨

We're loving the challenge of unlocking this property’s full potential while keeping things strictly on budget.

By taking the time to understand how our clients live now—and how their needs will evolve in the future—we’ve thoughtfully crafted a layout that truly supports their long-term aspirations.

👇 Question for you: What’s the number one feature on your future home wish list? Let us know in the comments!

I draw while you talk.

As the conversation flows, the ideas take shape. This sketch serves as my meeting notes from a recent design consultation. ✏️✨

Something a bit different, having recently become foster carers, my wife and I decided to redesign our tired and outdated bathroom. We decided to go for a nature inspired theme with accents of brass and the result is a calming design which has made best use of what is quite a tight bathroom space.

We have an exciting project in progress.

Earlier this year, we were approached by coffeesquaredbeaulieu to expand and redesign their coffee shop.

It has been great fun collaborating with the clients and we are so excited for when the refurbishment enters construction.
