✅ Laser engraving on wood, slate and other materials Mark's Wood Designs (formally Mark's Wood Creations) was established during the lockdown of 2020, I started by building a gazebo to house our hot-tub and thanks to my wife, she needed some basic wooden garden planters. My grandfather, John Royal, made wooden pales and barrels, he was known as 'The Cooper of Ely'. My other grandfather was also extremely creative, he made wooden toys, he also made myself, my brother and sister a mini milk chocolate dispenser where we had to put 2p in to open the drawer to get the chocolate out. Then there is my own father. He too is extremely talented when it comes to wood, he has made many furniture items for himself and the whole family as well as smaller items for my mother when she used to decorate/make dolls houses. Moving forward I have invested in a laser engraver/cutting machine and a CNC Router which means I can now offer you personalised gifts from, keyrings, trinket boxes, money gift holders and much much more. Many of my designs are original, using no plans, so keep checking back for new designs.
