Another job sees us tidy up a long beech/holly and cotoneaster hedge thats been attacked and left to grow wild, reducing 2 silver birches that was interfering with BT wires.

This 2 day job was a pleasure working on very pleasing results before and afters below! Very pleased customer indeed!

Work Experience Survivors 😂🌳

Over the last two weeks we’ve had two lads from Greenacre School out with us on work experience
my son Harry B and his mate Harry D.

To put it politely… they’ve had a bit of a shock to the system 😅

Early starts ✔️
Heavy lifting ✔️
Mud, rain, brash, and more mud ✔️
Being told to “grab that log” about 500 times a day ✔️

Both of them have said it’s been the hardest two weeks of their life
which probably says more about school than it does about us 🤣

But fair play to them – they turned up, got stuck in, didn’t moan (too much), and actually put a proper shift in 💪

I reckon deep down they’ve enjoyed it… even if their backs, arms, and hands are telling a different story today!

Good to show the younger generation what a real day’s graft looks like 👊
Respect to both of them they’ve done themselves proud.

Now they can go back to school for a well-earned rest 😆
