This beautiful garden was completed last spring. 🌸💐🌺

Working closely with this wonderful client, we were able to bring her design to life. It was a joy to work on from start to finish. 🥰🙏🏽🏡

The clever design utilizes every part of the garden, offering easier maintenance, functionality, and style. ☀️🌱🌷

A variety of materials have been carefully selected and used, not only to break up areas and add interest but also to create different spaces within the garden. 🪨🧱🪵

The cedar corner pergola was custom-built on-site using locally sourced and milled timber. 🪚🌲🌳

The pergola area offers a great opportunity to grow climbing plants and add height to the garden, and it also serves as a screen to help conceal the vegetable area behind. 🌿🫑🍅

A gabion wall was constructed on a concrete foundation, with steel components welded to vertical concrete-filled tubes for support. These tubes provide the primary support for the 3.5 tonnes of stone within the baskets. The wall seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, offering enhanced privacy and wind protection. 🪨🧱🛡️.

Given the soft ground conditions, deeper excavation was necessary to reach firm ground. The end paving sub-base depth was approximately 300mm, three times the typical depth. While this may seem extensive, it's crucial for long-term durability, a factor addressed during the initial consultation.📆✅️😀

We recently completed this project in Osmington for some wonderful clients.

They desired lower-maintenance paving, as their existing patio was looking quite old and worn

We revitalized the area by replacing the outdated paving with this beautiful sienna jupiter greay porcelain. Mixed sized paving was used to detract from the shape of the area 💎

Raised beds were constructed to break up the large space and provide additional planting areas🌿.

We cut sections from the paving stones to edge the path, adding visual interest while eliminating the need for a trim to hide cut edges. 😎

The raised beds were built using 150mm blocks, clad in sienna quartz crema, and topped and edges with sienna Jupiter grey paving, creating a seamless and polished look without requiring additional trim.🫧

Recent project completed in Weymouth in just 6 weeks

These lovely customers had great vision and knew exactly what they wanted as the end result. Working closely with them we were able to bring there dreams to life.🌟

Around 60tonnes of earth was removed from this higgledy-piggledy space to create a garden that's not only more functional and useable but also low maintenance🍾

Using large format Porcelaine paving has allowed us to make the most of this space visually, whilst also bringing more light and a clean and modern look in💎

The paving has been complemented by the purbeck stone cladding and citrion cobbles used to break up areas 🪨

A water blade was installed through the retaining wall to bring tranquility into the garden 🌀

New manageable/uniform steps installed leading up to the lawn and newly extended and paved top Terrace. 😀

Here are a few small jobs we have enjoyed building over the last few weeks.

These were very refreshing after spending most of the winter on one of the biggest and best projects we've done to date! 🤩

Here we have:

(1) Transformed an unusable slope in to a drystone/rockery garen incorporating a small water cascade.The lovely customers put trust in us and we were able to design as we went along. It Came in underbudget and turned out better than they could ever of imagined. 🏆

(2)created this porch by building 2 drawf purbeck stone walls accompanied by portland stone coppings (cut, bullnosed and polished on site by us )🪨

Assembled wooden porch and installed a slate roof to match the house.☔️

(3) removed a row of lavender that was very woody and had seen its day. Replaced a very ropey wall. Dug of the lawn,levelled and laid gravel for the customer to plant through 🪴

(4) built a bespoke arbour using locally sourced ceader supplied by The Timber Company ❤️

(4) transplanted 2 very well established silver birches (one at approx 15m tall) and transplanted to allow for future building work 🌳

This is a job we're extremely proud of and one of the biggest job we've done to date.

Turning a deceptively sloping lawn in to a terraced oasis with a completely new aspect from every part of the garden. There's so many different routes to the top terrace that has great sea veiws 🌊

Compleated late last year this job consists on over 280 sleepers🪵

Around 180tonne of spoil was removed from site with both of our small tippers running flat out, as access was to tight for grab lorry.🪨

A mix of granite and porcalaine paving laid including a lovely little detail on the highest area 👌

soakaway system installed compleate with p trap and over flow system in place 💧

Sleepers tanked with bitumen and gravel installed behind for drainage 😀

This project took around 3 months to complete.😅

We worked closely with these fantasitic clients one of whom was a retired civil engineer, to over come any arising issues and delivered the garden they always dreamed off! Thank you for supplying us with tea/coffee and a different homemade cake every day for such a long time 🤩

Recent front garden completed in poundbury.

This fabulous design by Eleanor Terry Garden Design is both sleek and elegant

The new garden, along with the traditional planting scheme, work seamlessly with the property and the surrounding area.

An ongoing project we have been proud to be apart of on and off over the last 2 years

(Part 2)

Here is a compleate over haul of a front garden/driveway we completed earlier in the year

We changed the whole lay out of the driveway by removing the old wall and grass area and installing a more central block paved driveway. 🚗

The new boundary wall and fence offer a little more privacy 🧱

Doing this has allowed for more parking spaces and also offers more space for plants whilst being low maintenance.

New step built from black limestone with a integrated door mat 😁

We also paved the side of there house and made a lovely little bbq area creatively using spares the clients had from previous projects 🤩

An ongoing project we have been proud to be apart of on and off over the last 2 years

(Part 1)

In this Back garden we have:

-dug away and removed spoil to creat a sunken seating area 🌞

-Installed gabion baskets on a type 1 base and filled/faced with perbeck stone

-installed a 8ft high fence with concreate posts 🥵

- created wildlife pond duck🦆

- Laid a yellow limestone patio area

- gabions finished with golden fossil slabs for copings 🪨

- finished area with golden gravel

Thinks its safe to say this is has been a massive transformation! And almost unrecognisable
