This renovation transformed the property inside and out — creating a brighter, more open living space!
A key part of the project involved major structural alterations to create a larger opening for new upper-floor sliding doors leading onto the balcony. To support the new opening, a substantial structural steel beam was installed, ensuring the property’s structural integrity while opening up the space beautifully.
The result? Increased natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor living, and direct access to the newly extended balcony 🌿
Inside, the ground floor received a complete refurbishment with a focus on comfort, practicality, and contemporary design.
