Our Accelerator is for creative businesses with bigger ambitions that are ready to take things to the next stage.

Both pathways combine peer support with expert guidance and 1-to-1 mentoring, helping you work through challenges, stay accountable and keep moving your business forward.

Meet Ponyton, an independent coffee house founded by Miray and Burak Kaymaz in 2026.

Built around great coffee and community, Ponyton has quickly become a welcoming spot for local residents, families, remote workers, cyclists and dog owners, serving speciality coffee alongside delicious homemade food.
In just six months, Miray and Burak have built a loyal customer base, expanded their menu and created a café where people can genuinely connect and unwind.
Through the Mole Valley District Council Programme, Burak met with IncuHive business mentor Andy Pringle to explore ideas for the café’s next stage of growth.

Next up? A new wellness retail range, more food and seasonal drinks, and an even stronger presence within the local community.
