🏠Project completed in Verwood!⚒️

We’ve transformed this 6m x 3m existing conservatory, starting with the removal of the old conservatory roof and replacing it with a lightweight structure and solid roof.

The new roof features a vented ceiling with appropriate insulation, helping to keep the space cooler in the summer and warmer through the winter. The exterior was finished with lightweight bitumen tiles, while inside we installed a fully plastered finish, complete with rotating downlights to suit the new pitched ceiling.

The electrical work has also been completed, along with the installation of a new radiator. 🔧

We also removed an existing window and cut it down to create a new walkway into the conservatory. Removing 2 radiators either side of the wall. The existing personnel door was removed and plastered over, creating a seamless finish throughout.

Another great transformation and another happy customer, project completed within 6 days! 🤩

The existing garden wall and driveway were removed, with the old driveway consisting of a mixture of concrete, tarmac, shingle and even more concrete!

🪨 25 tonnes of material removed
💪 New hardcore base installed and compacted in layers
🧱 Block-paved edging slurried and installed
🛡️ Double-membraned for added protection
✨ Finished with a fresh Panda gravel surface

🧱 Doorway Removal & Brickwork – Romsey

A doorway from a previous show home in Romsey was no longer required, with two doorways positioned in very close proximity — one originally used as an entrance and the other as an exit.

Our client purchased the existing show home and asked us to remove one of the doorways and brick it up to blend seamlessly with the existing property.

We carefully toothed out both sides and completed the opening using Wienerberger Terca Chartham bricks, creating a neat and consistent finish. Once the brickwork has weathered in & jointing has gone off properly, it’ll look like we’ve never been there ✨🪄🧱

Another successful structural alteration completed in Southampton.

This project involved the removal of an existing load-bearing pier within the kitchen to create a spacious open-plan living area. A 4.5m structural steel beam was installed, complete with a welded 10mm top plate to support the existing external masonry skin.

Following installation, the steelwork was fully boxed in and fitted with fire-rated plasterboard, leaving it ready for the plastering stage. 🏠👷‍♂️🧱

Another project completed for a returning customer! We recently completed this 30m² patio in Furzehill, using quality slabs supplied by Jewson and finished with a pumice grout to give it a clean, modern finish.

Edging slabs were also installed along a couple of the borders where hedges won’t be planted, creating a smart and tidy edge to the patio.

To round off the job, we also installed a small concrete base in Totton, ready for a new lean-to storage unit.

A huge thank you to another returning customer for trusting us with their project once again.

55m² of 600 x 900 Raj Green porcelain paving laid in Southampton.

The homeowner completed all of the groundwork before we arrived, leaving us to bring the patio to life. We finished it with Hessian-coloured grout and precision-cut perimeter upstands for a clean, professional finish.

We’re chuffed with how this one turned out and we absolutely love these Raj Green porcelain slabs. What a transformation!😍🏠👷‍♂️

A beautiful 115m² porcelain patio completed in Sherborne using Quartz Lucenta 600x900 slabs.

We took this project over from a previous builder, so there were a few challenges to overcome. The steps needed adjusting, and nothing was quite square, but we’re really pleased with the finished result.

The steps were faced with treated timber and sleepers, while a new pathway down the side of the garden was completed and finished with Polar Stone on either side to add a touch of colour. We also installed recessed manhole covers, carefully cut into the paving for a seamless finish.

To complete the exterior, we laid a tonne of tarmac alongside the existing driveway, creating additional parking and tying everything together.

A great project to get over the line—onto the next one!🍻🏠👷‍♂️

We’re pleased to have completed this large repointing project for a returning customer in Shaftesbury. This involved removing the old cement pointing, grinding out the failed joints, thoroughly cleaning the stonework, and repointing the entire property with traditional lime mortar. By replacing the cement with lime mortar, the stonework can breathe properly again, helping to protect the building and preserve its character. What a difference to the appearance of this house, restoring both its charm and the integrity. 🧱⚒️👷‍♂️🏠
