Well we had a lucky decision go our way this time. But just to clarify if the challenge on Kane had happened outside the box a free kick would have been given maybe not a booking but the defender most the ball and studs were shown, so by the rule of the game it’s a free kick. In the 18yard it’s a penalty, the ref was gonna let it go but the 4th ref recommended he take the slow mo view and it always looks worse, but my point is not one England player appealed for a penalty, the referee had not given it until called to the screen, England had a decision go their way for once. Hooray!!! How many times have we had decisions go against us, ok if the end of the game was 1-1 due to 90th minute goal could we have won? I think yes but England haven’t played well yet done well! Maybe Southgate is holding players back from their flare, but individual players win games your wrong! A team win a game, I’d love to see quick tempo pressing football but maybe just maybe an ugly win is the best win because it’s a win and we are in the FINAL!!!! Yes we got lucky decision tonight but by the letter of the law miss the ball and studs shown anywhere else on the pitch it’s a free kick, 18 yrd box a penalty. Harsh but rule of law in the game, it’s the best I’ve seen England play all tournament! Spain will be favourites but I do believe England have a great squad and if the flares are allowed to shine and free fast moving ball forward and we hit the space, we have the pace to cause Spain a big big problem. Spain have for me been the best side so far this tournament. But if we properly turn up to win we have the players and the team to win other than Stones, he slows play so much he begs to be read in the game I knew other than 3 passes where he was going to and who he would pass to? Spain will know this so he has to switch it up and get the ball forward early
