I’m asking a small favour from customers I’ve helped over the years.

Still under another installer’s or housebuilder’s warranty, facing higher-than-expected electricity bills, and not comfortable with them marking their own homework?

You are right to question it. My inbox is full of heat pump owners saying the same thing: act early, before a small issue becomes an expensive dispute.

If your heat pump is due its 12, 24 or 36-month service, Captain Heat Pump LLP provides an independent, warranty-safe service and installation/certification review.

A standard service may cost around £275 + VAT. For an extra £175 + VAT, Our CHP £450 + VAT review adds WhatsApp reporting, photos and notes covering installation regulations, controls, flow/return performance, filters, glycol, pipe insulation, cylinder controls, safety items, paperwork gaps and recommendations.

This is not about creating trouble. It is about clear evidence and a route back to the installer, housebuilder or warranty provider if correction is needed.

For BUS/MCS installations, paperwork matters. MCS requires a two-year workmanship guarantee and financial protection if the installer ceases trading. Many warranties require annual service evidence.

I need support to develop a simple 3D concept and visual pitch deck for a sustainability hardware product.
Scope:
tidy a rough CAD model or rebuild as clean geometry;
produce 3–5 polished renders (no engineering tolerances required);
assemble a pitch document (Canva is fine).
Budget: £150–£300 fixed fee
Outcome: portfolio credit (optional), NDA required.
