🚧 Renovation Follow Along – Week 4! 🏡

Another busy week on the renovation, and we are getting SO close to the finish line!

This week Executive Flooring supplied and fitted the glue-down LVT flooring, while Elloco came in to fit the quartz worktops.

We’ve also finished fitting the kitchen and got the new drains ready for the downstairs toilet.

It’s all really starting to come together now, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s looking! 😍

Just a few finishing touches left to go…

🚧 Renovation follow along – Week 3! 🏡

Last week was another busy one on the renovation!

The kitchen was fitted, the built-in cupboards in the living room alcoves were made, the new living room radiator was fitted, and the new boiler is now up and running! The worktops have also been templated ready for the quartz to be fitted.

Now it is all about the finishing touches — flooring throughout, completing the joinery and kitchen, fitting the quartz worktops, and getting the downstairs toilet finished with the new toilet, sink and tiling.

We’re getting closer and closer to seeing everything come together and the house looking less like a building site and more like a home 😂

🚧 Renovation Follow Along – Week 2! 🏡

Last week was all about the plastering, with Kyle working hard to get the living room, kitchen and new downstairs toilet plastered and ready for the next stage

This week, things will really start to come together! 🙌

The new boiler is being fit today, and with the plastering almost complete, we’re ready to move on to the exciting part…

✨ The new kitchen has arrived! ✨

Tomorrow, the joiners will be getting started on the kitchen installation, and we can’t wait to see this space start to transform.

There’s still plenty to do, but it’s already looking completely different from where we started!

🚧 Renovation Follow Along – Week 1! 🏡

Last week we started an exciting renovation project in WF10, and we’re taking you along for the journey!

The entire downstairs has been stripped back to brick and is set for a complete transformation. A huge shoutout to our lovely customers, who had already completed most of the strip out before we arrived – it gave us a great head start! 👏

✅ Week 1 complete:
• First fix electrics, including a new electrical board
• Plasterboarding to the walls and ceilings well underway
• Doorway to the old coal store bricked up, making way for a brand new downstairs toilet

This is going to be an incredible transformation, and we’ll be sharing weekly progress updates so you can see it all come together.
