Two storey extension with basement conversion 🔥

From dig out to underpinning of the full basement.
All basement tanked
All exterior walls meshed with concrete filled cavity.

Second floor- sun room with new opening created to connect existing living and kitchen area to give an open plan area.

New access garden steps built in stone to the upper level patio area.

Would just like the thank all trades involved in creating this stunning two storey extension from start to plaster finish.

The clients can decorate and finish to their own style.

A lot of graft went in to this build and I’m so happy the clients are over the moon with their future home.

It’s been a pleasure building the clients vision!

Building on old pineapple car park developments.

Two plots.

This build is coming on well.

Two storey side and rear extension completed.

This build was a two storey side extension with a lean-to extension on the back.

We built this to joist height.
Then customer decided he wanted the rear two storey.

This then resulted in this build going back in to planning.

We moved on to our next project while planning got resolved.

We came back once all planning had been passed and did a quick turnaround on job and got it knocked up in a good time 👊

really good decision by the customer to go two storey on the rear. doubled the house space.

Another happy customer.
