🔥 💧 🚨 We recently completed an emergency boiler replacement, installing a new Baxi heat-only boiler to restore heating and hot water as quickly as possible.

The new boiler comes with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty for added peace of mind, and we carried out a full system flush as part of the installation to help improve efficiency, protect the new boiler, and ensure the heating system is operating at its best.

🚽 🚿 Bathroom refurbishment completed this week for one of our commercial landlords after failed grout and water ingress issues caused problems within the existing tiled shower area.

To provide a longer-lasting and lower-maintenance solution, we removed the original tiles and installed modern waterproof shower panels, helping to create a clean finish while improving durability and reducing future maintenance requirements 👍

🚿 🛁 The project was completed with the installation of a new shower, shower screen and bath panel, giving the bathroom a fresh, modern look.

🛁 🚽 🚿 New bathroom and shower room completed in Garforth, as the customer wanted a refresh to update their existing set up 👍

It’s always nice to work in a bathroom with lots of space! This project included the installation of a brand-new suite, fresh tiling throughout, and the removal of a section of studwork behind the shower.

All designed to the customer’s brief—clean, white, and simple—resulting in a bright, modern space that feels both fresh and functional.

🔥 2 boilers fitted this week in Kippax and Great Preston 👍

🔧 A new energy-efficient Ideal Logic Max with a 🔟 year warranty installed to replace an old inefficient non-condensing boiler that had developed multiple issues. ♨️

🔧 Another new Ideal Logic Max with a 🔟 year warranty fitted to replace an old broken boiler that was beyond economical repair, complete with an Ideal Halo Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat 📲for improved heating control and efficiency 🌡️

🧑🏻‍🔧This boiler was fitted by our apprentice Alex, who is progressing really well through his gas qualifications. As always, all apprentice work is thoroughly checked and signed off by our Gas Safe registered engineers who supervise the process ✅
