One of our ongoing jobs complete yesterday. The front was dashed to match the rest of the property and the base at the side rendered smooth.
We also skimmed the inside last month.
Note the front door is getting replaced and moved forward so we will be back to make good around the opening.

Thats another one ticked off the list. Water had been getting through the rendering at the
Gable and around the bands. So all chipped off and redone with mesh fully embedded to help prevent anymore cracking down the line. Water damaged the inside of the property also but all sorted now. Hard to get a good pic with the scaffolding up but everything came up well and that shouldn't cause anymore problems for a very long time.
