🚿🔨 Another great transformation completed in Carnoustie! 🏡✨

This time it was a bathroom renovation, and we’d like to thank the main contractor Dm plumbing small contracts Ltd for bringing us in on this one. 👏

✅ All walls stripped back
✅ Insulated throughout
✅ Plasterboarded and plastered
✅ New shower tray, shower & enclosure fitted
✅ Composite wet wall installed in the shower area
✅ New linoleum flooring laid
✅ New timber skirting, facings, door posts, stops, window cill & apron fitted
✅ Door re-hung and adjusted

The end result is a fresh, modern bathroom and, most importantly, another happy customer! 😃🙌

🔨 Shop front window repairs completed in Arbroath 🪟

✅ Old glazing beads removed
✅ Rotten bottom rails cut out
✅ New timber cut and fitted
✅ New beads cut and fitted
✅ All repairs primed and undercoated
✅ Re-sealed around the glass and windows

This repair has not only improved the appearance of the shop front but has also helped protect the property from further weather damage and deterioration. 🏢

The landlord was delighted to have the issue resolved quickly and professionally, protecting their investment and ensuring the property remains in great condition for years to come. 👍

Back in Carnoustie again! 🚪✨

This time we’ve fitted:

• 3 Belize oak doors 🚪
• 1 Belize half-glazed oak door 🪟🚪
• 2 oak cupboard door blanks 🪵

All finished off with:

• Brushed satin ironmongery
• Ball bearing hinges
• Rose Sofia handles
• Tubular latches
• Bathroom thumb turn
• Roller catches

It’s been a while since we last posted, but here’s a project completed in Carnoustie 🔨✨

This built-in wardrobe was altered to create a more practical storage solution, including a fitted bottom cupboard and new shelving. We also installed bespoke oak pigeon hole storage shelving, finished off with a solid oak shelf 🌳👌

A great way to maximise storage while adding a touch of character and warmth to the room.
