Back over in Errol helping out Charlotte Fairminer… and I was lucky enough to have the services of my new Number 1 apprentice, Little Lucas! 👷‍♂️🔨

Young, eager, full of enthusiasm… and already learning the most important part of joinery — the location of the bacon pieceys! 🥓🤣

The job included:
🚪 2 new internal glazed doors to let plenty more natural light flow through the house
🐕 Dado-height wetwall to make life easier when cleaning up after the dogs
✨ Finished off with a nice moulded dado rail for a tidy finish
🦚 Beautiful pheasant wallpaper installed by a very talented neighbour
🎠 And because apparently we hadn’t done enough already, we assembled a climbing frame complete with slide and swings in the garden!

Lucas was quality control, tea break supervisor, and bacon piece tester all rolled into one. Safe to say he’s already asking about a pay rise! 😂💷

Another cracking wee job completed and a great laugh along the way. 👍

Another wee trip over the Tay, this time to Strathkinness! 🌉🔨

The existing decking had definitely seen better days, so it was time for a fresh start. We removed all the old timber and replaced it, with brand-new decking as well finished in a stunning Warm Chestnut Composite 👌✨

A great transformation that’s not only low maintenance but will look fantastic for years to come! 🏡☀️

Another bespoke joinery project completed in St Andrews 🔨✨

This one was a little different for us — a custom-built daybed with storage underneath, all made from MDF, along with 16 floating oak shelves to maximise storage while making the most of the available space 📚🪵

A great space-saving solution and we enjoyed every minute of it! 👌

Now it’s ready for painting 🎨 and a mattress 🛏️ to finish it off.
